Refunds are given if the seal on the product is not broken and an return authorization number is issued by Creative Hair before the package is mailed back to us. Returns will not be accepted if both of these conditions are not followed. There will be a 20% restocking fee and refund will be issued within 10 days upon receiving the return. 

Exchanges are issued based on the refund process above.

Clients pay for return shipping and shipping for the new product.

The processes and Remi hair we use are the highest quality to prevent matting. We will exchange extensions if matting occurs after application and all maintenance care have been followed. The hair must be the original hair and have not been colored, toned, bleached, permed, damaged by heated tools, or incorrectly cut. Please follow all instructions for refund and returns above by first contacting us at(………) with pictures and description of your maintenance. A return authorization will then be issued after evaluation to start the return process. Clients is responsible for return shipping and shipping fees for the new product.
